As a guest of FedExField, your safety and enjoyment of the game day experience is our primary concern. Please note that everyone entering FedExField is subject to search by our security staff.
Please be aware that you may not bring the following items into FedExField:
- Bags, including: backpacks, gym bags, duffel bags, packages, briefcases, large purses, etc.
- Food and beverages of any kind
- Seat cushions
- Umbrellas (plastic ponchos are available for sale at select merchandise areas)
- Bottles, jugs, thermoses, cans, coolers, or any other container
- Animals (except for certified guide dogs assisting disabled guests)
- Whistles, horns and other noise makers
- Weapons, firearms
- Illegal drugs
- Folding chairs
Per NFL policy, fans may carry bags that are clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 12” x 6” x 12.” (Official NFL team logo clear plastic tote bags will be available through club merchandise outlets or at www.nfl.com/allclear).
Small clutch bags are permissible, if they are approximately the size of a hand, with or without a handle or strap can be taken into the stadium with one of the clear plastic bags.
Leafleting or distribution of any literature is prohibited.
Understanding and adhering to these policies will help ensure that all fans enter FedExField in a safe and timely manner. If a ticket holder elects not to consent to these searches or is found attempting to enter with a prohibited item, the ticket holder may be denied entry into the stadium. We appreciate your cooperation with game day security requirements.
Still cameras, digital cameras and handheld video cameras are permitted at sporting events. Guests may not reproduce any shots for any commercial use without the written permission of the Redskins. For concerts, still cameras, digital cameras, video cameras and audio recording devices are not permitted.

The Club Level escalators, located at Section 101 and Section 122, are available to Guests with a Club, Dream Seats, Loge, Suite or Owner’s Club ticket. An escalator which accesses the Upper Level only is located between the NRG Gate (Gate A) and Gate B at Section 106 for the convenience of our Upper Level Guests and can be accessed either via the concourse or the turnstiles at the NRG Gate (Gate A). The Upper Level escalator drops Guests off at Section 412.
Fan Code of Conduct
FedExField is committed to creating a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for all fans, both in the stadium and in the parking lot. We want all fans attending our games to enjoy the experience in a responsible fashion. When attending a game you are required to refrain from the following behaviors:
- Behavior that is unruly, disruptive, or illegal in nature
- Intoxication or other signs of alcohol impairment that results in irresponsible behavior
- Foul or offensive language or obscene gestures
- Interference with the progress of the game (including throwing objects onto the field)
- Failing to follow instructions of stadium personnel
- Verbal or physical harassment of opposing team fans
- Concealment of prohibited items into the stadium
Event patrons are responsible for their conduct as well as the conduct of their guests and/or persons occupying their seats. Stadium staff will promptly intervene to support an environment where event patrons, their guests, and other fans can enjoy the event free from the above behavior. Event patrons and guests who violate these provisions will be subject to ejection or denied entry into the stadium without refund and potential loss of ticket privileges for future games. Ciroc 5th Quarter Party
When the final whistle blows, Premium Club Members can get ready to rock and roll. They will enjoy a post-game party with live music in the EA Sports area on the Club Level for two (2) hours after the game. First Aid Stations
First Aid stations are located at the elevator towers at Sections 103 and 125 on the Lower Level, on the Club Level at Sections 303 and 324, and the Upper Level at Sections 403 and 430.
Stadium gates for Redskins games open two (2) hours prior to kickoff. For all other events, gate opening times will vary. Parking lots for Redskins games open four (4) hours prior to kickoff.
Guest Services Booths are located by the elevators at the NRG Gate (Gate A) and the Bank of America Gate (Gate E) on all levels. Guest services staff can assist in making your visit more enjoyable by providing information regarding FedExField and its services.
Wifi is now available across the entire stadium—no password required!
Lost & Found
If an item is lost at FedExField during an event, please visit the nearest Guest Services Booth. After an event and on non-event days, contact the Lost & Found Department at 301.276.6025
Re-Entry Policy (Stadium)
Once a Guest exits FedExField, there is no re-admission except on a full, unused ticket for that day’s event.
Smoking is not permitted in the seating bowls, Lower Level concourse, portals, tunnels or restrooms of FedExField. Guests wishing to smoke may do so in designated smoking areas.
Smoking is prohibited on the Club Level enclosed concourse. Smoking is also permitted on the Smoking Deck at the elevator tower at the NRG Gate (Gate A) and the Bank of America Gate (Gate E).
Tailgating involves the use of grills, coolers, chairs, tables or other devices that could inhibit pedestrian passage or vehicular access. Activities that do not use any additional space beyond your parking space are permitted. Port-o-lets are provided throughout the parking lot.
In order for all guests to enjoy the tailgating experience, we ask that fans follow these guidelines:
- When parking, park your car in one space only and between the white lines.
- Parking permits are to be used for cars only, not for additional tailgating space or storage.
- Be considerate of other guests’ vehicles.
- For the safety of all guests and for emergency vehicle access, please keep all aisles clear.
- Dispose of all trash in proper receptacles.
- Prior to entering FedExField, please extinguish all flames and grills. Ash dumpsters are available throughout the lots for your convenience. Do not place a hot grill in or under any vehicle.
