Rachel Engleson Manager, Premium Client Services
Born and raised in Southern Maryland, Rachel has been a lifelong DC sports fan. She attended the University of Maryland and graduated with a B.A. in Communication in 2010. She joined the Redskins in 2011 as a Customer Service Representative in the Ticket Office and after her first season, transitioned to the Premium Club Team in early 2012 in her current position.

Michael Alfarano Manager, Premium Sales
A native of Briarcliff Manor, New York, Michael relocated to work for the team he has been a fan of since he was child. Growing up a Redskins Fan in New York, Michael would always travel to see his team at FedExField. He attended Quinnipiac University graduating with a degree in Business Management, and continued on to earn his Masters of Business Administration. Michael joined the Washington Redskins Premium Club Team in 2010.

Jamilla Keene Senior Account Executive
Jamilla joined the Washington Redskins Premium Club Team in 2005. In addition to her role as a full time Account Executive, Jamilla has been a Washington Redskins Cheerleader since 2003. Jamilla is originally from Newport News, Virginia and attended George Mason University where she graduated with a B.A. in Communications.

Elizabeth Propper Manager, Marketing
Elizabeth Propper joined the Washington Redskins in her role as Marketing Manager in 2010. She attended the University of Central Florida, graduating with a B.A. in Journalism, and is currently pursuing her MBA with a concentration in Marketing at Johns Hopkins University. Growing up in Maryland, Elizabeth admired the organization's rich tradition and is honored to be a part of the Redskins' future.

Sophia Alfred Account Executive
A native of Silver Spring, Maryland, Sophia has been a Redskins fan all her life. She attended the University of Maryland, College Park, graduating with a dual B.S. in Kinesiology and Public and Community Health. She then obtained her Master’s in Public Relations/Corporate Communications from Georgetown University. Her love of the Redskins and football brought her to join the Premium Club Team in 2011.

Erika Schultz Account Executive
Erika, a California native, is a born-and-bred football fan. She graduated from the University of Southern California with a B.A. in Broadcast Journalism in 2009. Shortly thereafter, she moved to Washington, D.C. to earn her Master’s in Sports Industry Management at Georgetown University, during which time she began cheering on her local sports teams. Erika joined the Redskins in 2012 as part of the Premium Sales team.

Chase Leonard Account Executive
Chase attended James Madison University and graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Sport Management to pursue a career in professional sports. A Washington, D.C. native, he considers himself to be the Redskins’ number one fan. Chase joined the Premium Club Team in 2012, and is honored to be a part of Redskins Nation.

David Donais Manager, Digital Marketing
David hails from Fairfax Station, Virginia, and has always been a huge Redskins fan, as well as dedicated DC sports fan. He went to Christopher Newport University, and graduated with a B.A. in Communication Studies and Political Science in 2009. Shortly thereafter, he joined the Redskins as an intern in the Retail/E-Commerce department. After a brief stint in Texas, David returned to the D.C. area to join the Premium Club Team as the Digital Marketing Manager in 2012.

Brian Shenton Account Executive
Brian was born in Washington D.C. and raised in Montgomery County, Maryland. His first memories of the Redskins are at RFK with his grandmother in the late '80s. The atmosphere and the fans at those games drew him in from the start. Brian graduated from the University of Maryland with a Bachelor's Degree in United States History in 2009. He got his start with the Redskins in 2010 and joined the Premium team in 2012.

Brian Dale Account Executive
Brian grew up in both Boston, MA, and Atlanta, GA, and very quickly became a big football fan. He attended the University of Georgia receiving his Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management with a minor in Speech Communication. After graduation, Brian did some promotional and marketing work for a local sports radio station in Atlanta before joining the Premium Team in mid-2012.

Matthew Kronzek Account Executive
Raised in Potomac, MD, Matthew grew up a diehard Redskins fan. He attended Winston Churchill High School, and went on to Florida State University where he played defense for the ice hockey team. He graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Sports Management in 2010. Matthew then went to work for the Orange Bowl Committee and later the Florida State Athletics department. Matthew joined the Washington Redskins in 2012 as an Account Executive.
